Take time for lunch and sunshine ☀️

Work work work… and your eyes begin to ache, you start thinking about the weekend … take time to relax with your lunch, take in the sunshine, and appreciate yourself 💕.

First, make sure you have your lunch and snacks! Water, fruit, vegetables, and some form or protein :).

Secondly, check the time and allow yourself to take time to eat, without work. If you do work, try to do the creative aspect of your work. Or, take time to text or call your mom, your children, your friends. Think of what you have accomplished, are grateful for, and hope life brings.

Lastly, pick your environment. Outside is ideal. Some vitamin D, a breeze, and the sound of birds doesn’t hurt. Avoid your office, the car, or driving in a hurry to pick up your food.
