Here we are back again at school sites after the winter break of outbreaks! Staff returns from avoiding their own outbreak, worried about their students and colleagues!
Ideas to support staff:
- Remove an item they expected to complete or a meeting they had planned to attend.
- Add a fun day or surprise- from a picture in the lounge or restrooms, treats, or a note on their car they find before going home.
- Add additional precautions or remind regarding safety protocols- staff may appreciate the awareness and reminders for themselves and others.
- Continue to move forward: While an item may be removed, the wheels keep turning, and to support staff they also may need support and reminders of what is coming next :).
